Alumni Swim Meet

Well, another week, another post! So, last Saturday I had an Alumni Swim meet, (where all ages compete, no age groups,) and I was pretty much one of the youngest. It was a short meet, so I swam two solo events.

The first one I did was a 50 Yard Fly, (basically down and back the length of the pool). It was basically me, 5 High Schoolers, and 2 Older Guys. I was pretty impressed because I was about one-fifth of a second away from beating a sophomore high schooler and I did beat one of the older guys, (who said just before it started he'd be embarrassed if I beat him! =P).

The second one was a 100 Breaststroke, (down and back twice). The better thing was that the other two I swam against were in the same grade as I was. To the point, I killed them. I think I beat them by at least 5 seconds... maybe? Something like that.

Well, yep! It was pretty fun!

Wii Fit!

Though I do know that my last post, (and part of the one before that,) was about our knew Wii, I couldn't find a bigger subject to talk about than our new... Wii Fit!

Our family had been trying to get one, and finally my mom found one! At Wally World! =D

It's really fun! My favorite things to play are boxing, (but this boxing it is the opposite of the lame version on Wii Sports,) the "Step", Ski Jump, and the Challenges on Strength Training. The Wii Fit is really fun!

Thank you mother. =)

Wii- Connect!

Hey viewers of this most awesome blog!

So, lately I've been spending my days playing and playing around, and having a lot of fun on our Wii. Especially playing Wii Sports, Big Brain Academy (very fun!), Think Fast, and Outdoor Challenge (also fun!) on the Wii.

Also, if anyone wants to connect Wiis so we can send each other messages and supposedly play together, (Jenny, Mariann, Michelle, or anyone else that has a Wii) go ahead and put our Wii number in, and tell me yours so we can "connect".

Our Wii number is:
6715 2489 2595 3536

So, just post a comment with your Wii number and name so I can get you added to our Wii!

Christmas!

Hey everyone!

Christmas was a blast! My family got a Wii! WOO HOO! Thank you Grandma and Grandpa McDonald for it! And, thank you to Grandma and Grandpa Mansfield for the gift card so we can buy games for it! =)

I also got this game called Ticket to Ride. It looked kind of boring, but it was the most fun game I've ever played! Jenny, my mom, Jalysa, and I played it four times! (And each game takes about 40 minutes to play!) It is so funny when people get stressed out, and it happens alot. But, at the end, everyone wanted to play again!

Other things I got are a bookbag (needed that!), lamp, pajama pants (I need to gain some weight to fit in them!), swimming suit, a sled, candy, an album kit, and alot of other cool stuff!

Hope everyone else had as great of Christmas as I did! =)

Life Update!

Hey everyone! As you know, it's almost Christmas, so I thought I'd give you guys an update about what's been going on and stuff.

Well, Jenny and her kids have arrived, so I spend alot of my time hanging out with them. My favorite game to play with Jaron and Cale is "Jail Tag" in the dark. It's really fun! But most of the time we just make up random games and play them. =)

So, usually for Christmas we have a treasure hunt to find the presents that are under the tree before Santa comes. But, since Jenny and her kids will be spending Christmas with us and they don't know our house very well, (atleast all the room names and stuff,) I thought it'd be fun to do something else. So, I decided to 10 mini-games, and every time a kid won, (s)he'd get to go get a present.

In 2 days, 8 and a half hours, we'll be opening presents! Yay! =D

Jenny

Wow, I haven't posted in a long time! I'm going to start trying to post more often.

I'm so excited! My aunt Jenny is going to come out to Vernal soon and bring all her kids! It'll be way fun becuase she is staying out here for quite a while while Jenny works on some college stuff, (I think, correct me if I'm wrong.)

At least Jenny will be out for Christmas. It'll be lonely without my Grandpa and Grandma Mansfiend (Scrumptious) out here, but we'll still make smokies and make a date with her next year.

10 days until Christmas! =)
